When will I receive my order?
All orders placed on our website, EXCEPT pre-orders, will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
How long does it take for a pre-order to be delivered?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your products to be produced and an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Can I make changes or cancel my order after it is placed?
Once the order is placed, changes cannot be made. You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed during high peak periods and over the weekends or holidays.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Unless your product arrives different from the order or defective. Otherwise, we do not accept return or exchange after your order has been completed. Therefore, we encourage our valued customers to check our products' size chart carefully before checking out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please read our Return Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only accept all orders placed by customers who live in the U.S.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has been shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the order.
What carrier do you use for shipping?
We will ship all orders via UPS and USPS.
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any transit delays, loss, theft, or damage to your items. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of delivery via this form. We will ask you to provide proof of evidence.
What payment methods do you take?
We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Meta Pay.
How much does it cost for shipping?
A shipping rate will be calculated at checkout depend on the destination. We're offering free shipping in the U.S. for all orders over $70 except non-continental.

How does the item fit?
Even our tee and hoodies will fit a little bit looser, the size varies depending on the product. For the best fit, please be sure to check the size chart on the product page specific to the item.
What is your response time for emails?
We will try as hard as we can to get back to you within 24-72 hours. Excluding weekends and major holidays.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. We do not require customers to have an account to place an order.
