RETURNS
- All sales are FINAL. We DO NOT accept any returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We accept returns or exchanges if our customers receive Wrong or Defective products.
- If you received the wrong or defective items, you must contact us via this form within 24-48 hours of receiving the product.
- Proof of evidence will be required.
- In the event of this happening, customers will be provided with a free return label.
- The item(s) to be returned must be sent back in their original packaging.
- The returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed, and still have tags intact.
- We should receive your item(s) within 10 days of return authorization or else it will not be accepted.
- Once your item(s) is delivered, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection.
- It will not be accepted if you return your item(s) without contacting us first.
- Please make sure you have read our sizing chart carefully before placing an order.
- Please make sure you have entered your shipping and billing information correctly.
REFUND
- If any item on your order is not able to be fulfilled, the amount you have paid for your item(s) will be refunded back to the original payment method.
- We will notify you as soon as we can in the event your ordered items are unavailable.
- The shipping fee is non-refundable.
