SHIPPING
- We currently only accept all orders placed by customers who live in the U.S.
- Orders placed on our website will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- A shipping rate will be calculated at checkout depending on destination.
- Free shipping for all orders over $70 in the U.S. except non-continental (NOTE: Alaska and Hawaii take up to 26 days for delivery; a faster option is available with extra cost).
- After your order has been placed and confirmed, we will inform you of your order information.
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
- Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once you have placed your order.
- Please make sure that you have entered your shipping and billing information correctly.
- Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any transit delays, loss, theft, or damage to your items. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier.
PRE-ORDER
- It may take 3-4 weeks for your products to be produced.
- Once we have received the products, we will try to ship it out ASAP.
- Please expect that you will receive your products in 4-6 weeks or sooner depending on the destination excluding weekends and holidays.
- In the event your ordered items are unavailable, we will try to notify you as soon as we can.
- You cannot make any changes or cancel once you place your pre-order.
- Please make sure you have read our sizing chart carefully before placing an order.
- Please make sure you have entered your shipping and billing information correctly.
